Sideboard / wall unit designed by the Dutch designer A.A. Patijn. Produced by Zijlstra's Meubelen Joure, a not very well known Dutch company. Between 1950-1960 he designed the so called Poly Z series for this company. The furniture from this series was fresh and fitted well with the "Nieuwe Wonen" movement in the Netherlands after 1945. This sideboard / wall unit consist of 3 elements, the two floor parts can be used seperately as well. The doors and drawers have very fine copper handles, as well as the the legs. The drawers have the so called dust free interior which was used by Braakman for Pastoe as well.
